who keeps lowering my skin rating?

its nothing important to me anymore, but i was just curios about who keeps lowering my skin rating? it isnt just my updated IMPACT cursor that was orignaly 9 for 2 years then put down to 8 two days ago and now to 7.
a few other of my skins also have there rating lowerd.
so mostly what i want to know is, have i pissed someone off or is it a new thing of re-rating peoples skins?

I'm not sure if this is what happened in your case, but when the star rating system came I noticed that if there was an older skin with several rates, the rating didn't change until someone new came along and rated. Even if it was a similar rate, the over all rating changed because now.. it's not only stars that is different, the different levels of access people have puts more emphasis on their particular vote.

So it probably isn't that anyone is mad at you, it is just some statistical adjusting that happens as the matrix wakes up and finds new numbers to play with.

Another thing: remember that you can't please'em all.

There may just be someone seeing the cursors for the first time that simply doesnt like them and rates them that way.
It's a cruel, cruel world.

Prior to the update, you had 3 ratings, since the update 6 people have rated your cursors. No one person is to blame.
